I am Tanika Whittaker Owner of Tanika's Eat's Inc. I have been established since 2016. I am certified through NYS Department of Health and Hygiene Food Protection and also registered Bi-County (Nassau & Suffolk).  I am also a certified Food Handler.

My late father Alexander Whittaker, was a well known chef in his prime so cooking is in my bloodline. I started cooking at approximately 11 years old. I was born and raised in Glen Cove, NY on Long Island. I was very independent as a child being that my mother Faye Willis worked 3 jobs as a single parent to take care of my siblings and I. That being said, I learned to cook along with many other survival methods. My passion is cooking and catering so I guess you can say I’m a true foodie. I am self taught & very interested in keeping my clients full, impressed and satisfied with my cuisine.  

Since the start of my business I have had the pleasure of featuring at many events all over New York. I’ve done it all from Fashion Shows, Meet & Greets, Art & Soul Sessions, Wedding Receptions, Sweet Sixteens, Grand Openings, Corporate Events , Birthday Parties, Office Parties, Boat Rides, Pop-up Shops & many more events. I am truly blessed to have had some amazing clients over the years.

I offer a Food Fusion that will excite your palate specializing in Soul, Italian, Spanish, West Indian, Asian, Vegetarian & Vegan dishes. Tastings are available upon request & scheduling. I look forward to elevating your next event with my catering services.
